BOULDER, Colo. — A mountaintop oasis outside of Boulder is on the market for an even $5 million.

Listed on Thursday, Jan. 16, this 5,700-square-foot home at 413 Wild Horse Circle in unincorporated Boulder County sits on nearly 5 acres. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 1976 and is just a seven-minute drive to Broadway, which takes you right into the heart of central Boulder.

The home features a spacious and top-of-the-line kitchen, multiple outdoor decks to soak up mountain views, and an enclosed Alaskan redwood hot tub. The 40-plus-year-old home's Decra tile roof has a 75-year warranty and other eco-friendly features such as solar and geothermal systems help reduce energy costs.

To explore the home, visitors can climb the nearly 30 steps to get to the front door, where they are again welcomed by a unique set of stairs inside the home. The home's entrance and living room are framed with wood columns and feature vintage railroad-tie stairs. More stairs are found throughout the home including in the multi-story master suite and a spiral staircase takes visitors up to the home's "sky walk," which offers views from the top of the home.

Despite the home's unobstructed mountain views, it is still located in Pine Brook Hills, an unincorporated mountain community that and consists of approximately 400 homes west of the city of Boulder.
