A Miami real estate investment firm has purchased the Prentice Point office building in the Denver Tech Center.
The firm would not disclose the buying price of the 213,152-square-foot, 14-story building at 5299 DTC Boulevard in Greenwood Village, but the building is valued at $32.1 million, according to public records.
New York-based investment firm AllianceBernstein and Foster City, California-based SteelWave were the sellers. Newmark Knight Frank, based in London with offices all over the U.S., brokered the deal.
Prentice Point was built in 1985 and includes Class A office space, as well as an attached, four-level parking garage. It is close to Interstates 25 and 225 and has a fitness center, outdoor seating and a conference center.
