Vail Resorts Inc. said it's sold the slopeside 103-room Inn at Keystone.
Broomfield-based Vail (NYSE: MTN) said it sold the inn to Dallas-based Realty Capital Partners for $6.4 million. Vail said it will continue to manage the property, after a "significant" renovation.
"The property will be rebranded to Hyatt Place Keystone in summer 2017," Vail said, adding it's "the first significant hotel brand in Keystone."
The inn is located between Lakeside Village and River Run Village and is near the Mountain House Base area and the Keystone Conference Center.
