Bill Sipple, executive managing director of HVS Capital Corp. of Denver, has died, his company announced Tuesday.
Sipple was a well-known figure in the Denver hospitality industry, speaking frequently at hotel summits on subjects like banks’ willingness to fund new construction. His investment banking firm is a frequent player in hotel sales both locally and nationally.
Sipple, 59, worked across the industry at Ramada, Starwood and Carlson before coming to HVS. At HVS, he expanded his division quickly and was a key part of the company’s overall growth.
