DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Greenwood Village-based homeowners association management company Hammersmith Management has acquired Mountain Managers, an HOA management and vacation rental company in Summit County.
"This is another exciting expansion in the Rocky Mountain area," said John Hammersmith, CEO of Hammersmith Management. "Having managed in Winter Park for some time, we understand the unique needs of residents in the mountain communities, and we are confident that we will exceed the expectations of homeowners and vacationers alike."
Hammersmith will occupy Mountain Managers' existing Frisco office and will add 22 employees to its existing roster of 220 workers in Colorado. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Hammersmith now manages more than 200 associations.
