Dufford & Brown PC, a Denver law firm that has operated since 1960, has ceased operations, and several of its attorneys have moved on to Polsinelli PC and Sherman & Howard LLC.
"For over 50 years, Dufford & Brown has been part our Colorado community, serving as not just your lawyers, but your confidants and advisers," the firm said in an announcement on its website.
"Sadly, August 15, 2016 was the last business day for Dufford & Brown," the notice says. "However, all of our former attorneys will continue to offer the services you have relied upon at their new firms. We will be communicating directly with all of our present and former clients on the administrative matters relating to the firm’s closure and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have."
