BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Broomfield-based Crocs, Inc. doubled the size of its global corporate headquarters when it moved across US 36 to a building in the Interlocken business park about two miles from its previous location in Broomfield .

The 189,000-square-foot office at 500 Eldorado Boulevard, Building 5, is not fully built out, leaving room for Crocs to expand, said Shannon Sisler, chief people officer at Crocs, Inc.

Crocs has a total of about 7,700 employees worldwide, with a little over 500 at its headquarters. That number will grow over the next few years as the business hires and continues to integrate the HeyDude shoe business it acquired in 2022, the footwear company said.

"As we were supporting both brands and the revenue was growing, we definitely needed some additional headcount space," Sisler said.

Crocs plans to hire employees across all areas as the business grows, especially in areas like retail, wholesale and digital channels and platforms, she said.

The Broomfield corporate office currently has 15 open positions. Those include a senior art director, a product director, director of social media and director of global brands.
