DENVER — Walnut Street in the River North Art District has added another tenant to its growing list of retailers.

Faherty Brand, a New York-based, coast-inspired apparel and fashion brand, is surfing into its first Denver space at 2700 Walnut St., with the space currently being built out.

Real estate firm Edens purchased the building in 2021 for $2.45 million, per property records, adding to its portfolio of high-profile RiNo buildings under its ownership

Faherty Brand’s space is 4,735 square feet, according to Edens’ website, and is one of the prominent RiNo landlord’s larger tenants, behind Planta, Patagonia, Matthew Morris Salon, Denver Central Market and Burton Snowboards.
