A 360-unit Class A apartment complex in Broomfield sold for an impressive $95 million price tag, according to public records.
Oak Brook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Group purchased the complex. The 8000 Uptown Apartments were built in 2015 and are located within walking distance of the US 36 transit station.
Matthew Tice, senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, said the complex's "prime location places residents just three miles from the Interlocken Technology business park, where many major employers, such as Ball Aerospace, Nexus, Vail Resorts and Oracle, have their headquarters."
The purchase comes after Inland also this month bought the Arterra Place Apartments in Aurora for $49.25 million.
