Ascent Media considers deal involving Monitronics
ENGLEWOOD (AP) - Holding company Ascent Media Corp. said Monday that the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice have granted early termination of the waiting period for a potential deal involving security company Monitronics International Inc.
