KUSA - If you're like many people, you might need a power saw just once in a lifetime. You don't want to spend the money to buy one and don't have a place to store it anyway.
The Denver Tool Library opening in early 2015 gives you the chance to borrow a tool, just like borrowing a book from the library.
The tool library is also a workshop where community members can share their resources, whether that means tools, time, space, skills, or ideas,
Tools and a workshop are available to members for $60 a year. The Tool Library offer low-cost access to hundreds of tools from saws to rototillers.
Their address is 555 Santa Fe Dr. in Denver.
They are now accepting new and used tools and offering memberships.
The Tool Library has a crowdfunding campaign going through Dec. 20. Get your membership by Dec. 20 via their IndieGoGo campaign: http://igg.me/at/denvertoollibrary.
Memberships are only $60, and can be activated anytime from now through June 15.
