DENVER — Thousands of hotel rooms and apartment units are on the way, along with literally millions of square feet of office space and tens of thousands of square feet of retail and restaurant offerings.
Developers continue to zero in on Denver as a place to build and they’re not shying away from bold projects, especially in the River North Art District.
While development can be found in all corners of Denver, some of the biggest developments are going up in RiNo near Regional Transportation District’s 38th and Blake station. That business district will be anchored by the new World Trade Denver office building and hotel, and highlighted by two unique office buildings that put a focus on unique design and outdoor space.
