DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL — A 12-story condo and rowhome project next to Sloan's Lake is topping out Thursday, bringing more buying options to Denver's market.
Located at 17th Avenue and Raleigh Street, Nava Real Estate's 196-unit Lakehouse complex offers both condos and rowhomes. Condos have one-, two- and three-bedroom options, starting in the low $500,000s and going up to $3.3 million. The two- and three-bedroom rowhome offerings start at $880,000, and go up to $1.13 million.
The project is the first in Colorado to pilot and pursue a WELL Building certification, which is an internationally recognized performance-based system that focuses solely on promoting human health and wellness in the built environment. It is based around seven elements – air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. DBJ reported on this certification, and the Lakehouse project, in 2016.
“We felt that Lakehouse was a unique opportunity in Colorado to create high-rise living in a waterfront setting with views of downtown and the Rockies,” said Brian Levitt, one of the co-founders of Nava. He said that residents of the development will have access to fresh food grown onsite.
