A modernized yet historic home in Denver's Country Club neighborhood recently hit the market with an asking price of $6.45 million.

Listed on June 4, this 1909 Tudor estate with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms was torn down to the studs for a remodel. Features of the 8,387-square-foot home include a chef's kitchen, a hot tub on a private deck outside the master bedroom and poker and theater rooms.

Situated on a quarter-acre corner lot at 1625 E. 3rd Ave., the home is just a block north of the Denver Country Club. To practice your swing, it has its own private golf simulator.

The two-story home also hardwood flooring throughout, stunning tiling in the bathrooms and a basement, which was dug out to create 10-foot ceilings. For the convenience of residents, there is also a four-car garage and an apartment for a nanny.
