Ten-year-old entrepreneur Jack Bonneau is pitching his lemonade stand business on the television show Shark Tank Friday.
The Broomfield boy started his business, Jack’s Stands, three summers ago, he said. He wanted a Lego Star Wars Death Star and his dad Steve Bonneau said, sure, he could get one, but he had to pay for it himself.
“It cost $400,” Jack said.
Like many kids his age, he opened a lemonade stand. But Jack didn’t open the stand in his driveway. He took his stand to the local farmer’s market.
The first year, he did $2,000 in revenue and made $900 in profit and he bought that Lego toy.
