Set on 1.6 acres in Cherry Hills Village, 6 Churchill Drive hit the market on Oct. 9 with an asking price of $5.6 million. 

2) 3-building luxury ranch set on 72 acres in Colorado's mountains heads to auction 

A newly built trio of luxury buildings set on 72.3 scenic acres in Colorado's mountains — offered for $6.5 million — is headed to a no-reserve auction on Friday.

3) San Francisco real estate tech company to expand in Denver, add 635 jobs (DBJ subscriber content)

A San Francisco-headquartered real estate technology company is opening a new home in Denver, choosing to expand to the Mile High City and hire as many as 635 workers here over the next eight years. 

4) Dish promises 2,000-worker wireless HQ in Colorado as AG drops out of Sprint-T-Mobile merger lawsuit

Englewood-based Dish (Nasdaq: DISH) will locate its new wireless headquarters with at least 2,000 full-time employees in Colorado and T-Mobile will significantly build out a statewide 5G network, particularly in rural areas.

5) Healthgrades names the top Colorado specialty hospitals for 2020

Healthgrades, the Denver-based online resource for information about physicians and hospitals, evaluated the performance of nearly 4,500 hospitals nationwide, assessing outcomes across 32 procedures and conditions.

6) Proposed DIA Great Hall program manager pledges transparency, acting in ‘public’s best interest' (DBJ subscriber content) 

Jacobs Engineering Group vice president told Denver Business Journal that the second-largest engineering firm in the Denver area is focused on avoiding the miscommunications that occurred between DIA and its former Great Hall construction contractor Great Hall Partners.

7) Full Plate: An Infinite Monkey closing and Bagelritos introduced in Denver

The Infinite Monkey Theorem is closing its tasting room inside Stanley Marketplace on Sunday and Lakewood-headquartered Einstein Bros. Bagels is testing its new breakfast item at five locations in the Denver area through Oct. 31.
