WESTMINSTER, Colo. — Yampa Sandwich Co. has opened its newest location in Westminster.
The Colorado-based sandwich shop opened its Walnut Creek location at 10445 Town Center Drive on Thursday.
Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Westminster shop is owned and operated by Yampa partner and Chief Finance Officer David Mischell, who also operates four other Denver-area locations in Littleton, Lower Downtown, downtown Denver and Belleview Station.
The restaurant's menu features breakfast, specialty sandwiches (served hot and cold), salads, soups and sides.
Yampa Sandwich Co. now operates eight locations in Denver, Fort Collins, Littleton, Westminster and Steamboat Springs. Yampa Sandwich Co. is currently accepting new franchisees.
