DENVER — The stage musical adaption of "Wicked" is returning to Colorado.
"Wicked" will play Wednesday, July 24, through Sunday, Aug. 25, at the Buell Theatre in Denver.
While tickets are already on sale, a limited number of tickets will be available for $31 in a digital ticket lottery.
Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) said theatergoers can register for the tickets on Lucky Seat. Fans who are selected will be able purchase up to two tickets for $31 each.
How to enter the ticket lottery
- Make a Lucky Seat account if you do not have one already.
- If you enter, keep an eye on your email on the dates listed below to find out if you won.
- Winners will have a limited window to purchase and claim their tickets. Fans who are selected purchase up to two tickets.

- Performances on July 24-28
- Entries must be received by Friday, July 19, at 9:30 a.m. MT.
- Drawings begin at 10 a.m. and continue throughout the day as needed.

- Entries must be received by Friday, July 26, at 9:30 a.m. MT.
- Drawings begin at 10 a.m. and continue throughout the day as needed.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. A valid, non-expired photo ID that matches the name used to enter is required for pickup. Seat locations awarded by the lottery are subject to availability.
Currently the 4th longest-running show in Broadway history, "Wicked" celebrated its 20th anniversary on Broadway on Oct. 30.
The first half of a two-part movie adaptation, starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, will be released in time for Thanksgiving on Nov. 22.
