DENVER — The hit Broadway musical based on the six wives of Henry VIII is coming to Colorado.
The musical "Six" will play the Buell Theatre in Denver from Dec. 5 through Dec. 24.
Denver Center for the Performing Arts Broadway and the musical's producers said a digital ticket lottery will be held for all of its Denver performances, offering a limited number of tickets for $30 each. The lottery is now open.
"From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the 'Six' wives of Henry VIII take the microphone to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st century girl power!" said producers.
How to enter the lottery
Make a Lucky Seat account if you do not have one already.
If you enter, be sure to keep an eye on your email on the dates listed below to find out if you won. Winners will have a limited window to purchase and claim their tickets.
Fans who have been selected can then purchase up to two tickets for $30 each.
Lottery schedule
- Performances week one (Dec. 5-10): Entries must be received by Dec. 1 at 9:30 a.m.
- Performances week two (Dec. 12-17): Entries must be received by Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m.
- Performances week three (Dec. 19-24): Entries must be received by Dec. 15 at 9:30 a.m.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. A valid, non-expired photo ID that matches the name used to enter is required for pickup. Seat locations awarded by the lottery are subject to availability.
"Six" won 23 awards in the 2021/2022 Broadway season, including the Tony Award for Best Original Score. "Six" runs 1 hour, 20 minutes with no intermission.
