ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — "America’s First Brazilian Steakhouse" has a new restaurant in the Denver Tech Center.

Rodizio Grill has opened its doors at new location at 7340 S. Clinton St. — near Interstate 25 and East Dry Creek Road.

The Denver Tech Center eatery features indoor and patio dining, as well as several private and semi-private event spaces.

The restaurant is Rodizio Grill's second in the Denver area and third overall in Colorado. The company operates locations in downtown Denver and Fort Collins.

The first Rodizio Grill opened in Littleton in 1995. Rodizio Grill said it was the first Brazilian “churrasco” steakhouse in the United States.

Since that time, Rodizio Grill has become a national franchise with more than twenty locations across the United States.

"We are so thankful to our guests for their years of support," said Rodizio Grill Founder and President Ivan Utrera. "We are beyond excited to welcome new and current friends to our new location in the Tech Center."

In a statement, Rodizio Grill said it's known for its "playful Brazilian spirit, authentic menu offerings and family-friendly atmosphere," with a menu that features rotisserie-grilled meats, seasoned and carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos. The restaurant also has a salad bar with original salads, fruits and vegetables and hot side dishes.
