Country star setting record for most Denver stadium concerts

Eight-time Entertainer of the Year Kenny Chesney is coming back to Colorado. Here's what to know for his 6th stadium concert in Denver.

DENVER — Country music superstar Kenny Chesney is preparing for a concert at Colorado's largest stadium.

Chesney will perform at Empower Field at Mile High on Saturday on his "Sun Goes Down" 2024 tour.

The stadium concert will feature support from Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney, and Uncle Kracker.

This is the sixth time Chesney has performed at Empower Field at Mile High, the most of any performer in the stadium’s history. Chesney last performed at the Broncos' stadium in 2022.

“I wanted a name that suggested — obviously — when all the good stuff starts to happen. The one thing I’ve learned about 'No Shoes Nation' and these stadium shows is they start the good times early and they just keep it going,” Chesney said of his 2024 tour name. “But we all know, when the sun goes down, that’s when people really get loose and enjoy themselves.”
