LONE TREE, Colo. — A new brewpub restaurant has opened on the south side of the Denver metro area.
Great Divide Brewing & Roadhouse opened Thursday in Lone Tree at 9878 Schwab Way, near Interstate 25 and Lincoln Avenue.
The new 8,200-square-foot restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Charles Schwab conference center.
The space features a massive mahogany bar underneath a copper ceiling and a heated four-season patio, connected to the interior by two large garage doors.
Led by Executive Chef James Doxon, the modern Lone Tree brewpub will have comfort food for brunch, lunch and dinner, including burgers, entrée salads, pizzas, steaks, desserts and pub favorites. Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse’s said its standout item is its Fried Chicken, brined for 24 hours and cooked to order.
It's the second location for the restaurant from Great Divide Brewing Company and Vibe Concepts. The inaugural Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse opened in Castle Rock in 2020.
The Lone Tree restaurant has 14 Great Divide taps, though no on-site brewing, including two taps of experimental, small batch beers brewed in Castle Rock. There's also a full wine and cocktail menu.
Vibe Concepts plans to open a third Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in 2025 in Lakewood's Belmar shopping district.
Vibe Concepts is parent company of other Colorado restaurants Tstreet Roadhouse, Roadhouse Boulder Depot, Spanky’s Roadhouse and Reivers Bar and Grill.
