DENVER — The summer concert season comes to an unofficial end this weekend as Colorado's biggest ballpark hosts three concerts.
Kane Brown, Green Day, The Smashing Pumpkins, Journey, Def Leppard, Rancid, and Cheap Trick are among the acts set to perform at Coors Field this weekend.
The three concerts are the last of four concerts that were scheduled at home of the Colorado Rockies this summer. The "Piano Man" Billy Joel performed at the 54,000-seat outdoor Denver venue in July.
Here's the rundown of this September weekend's trio of Coors Field concert extravaganzas.
Kane Brown
- Friday, Sept. 6

Country music star Kane Brown has been taking his "In the Air" tour to 29 cities over the summer.
Brown's tour consists of mainly arenas, but ends with five stadium shows including a stop at Coors Field on Friday.
Brown will be joined by Bailey Zimmerman, LOCASH and RaeLynn at the Colorado concert.

Green Day
- Saturday, Sept. 7
- Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, The Linda Lindas
Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool will bring Green Day to Coors Field on Saturday.
The North American leg of Green Day's tour features The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas.
Concert promoter Live Nation said the stadium tour is a "larger-than-life, career-spanning celebration of one of the biggest musical acts of all time and some of the most important albums in history."
"We’ve never been more excited to unleash new music than with 'Saviors,' a record that’s meant to be rocked live, together," Green Day said in a statement. "So let’s thrash. We’ve got some amazing friends who are coming along for the ride!"

Journey and Def Leppard

Journey and Def Leppard are reuniting after six years to co-headline a stadium tour.
The trek includes a performance at Coors Field in Denver on Sunday with special guest Cheap Trick.
"This legendary collaboration promises a musical journey like no other, igniting the hearts and souls of fans and delivering a night of unforgettable rock anthems," concert promoter AEG Presents said.
Def Leppard and Journey previously co-headlined a tour in 2018.

"Def Leppard and Journey will be reuniting and hitting the road together for the Summer Stadium Tour with Steve Miller, Cheap Trick & Heart on select shows, which makes for an amazing night of music!" said Joe Elliott of Def Leppard.
"Having just completed a sensational 18 month run promoting our 'Diamond Star Halos' album, we shall hit the boards running with a brand-new stage show and set of songs that will celebrate specific parts of our history.
