DENVER — The Colorado Brewers Guild has announced the return of Colorado Pint Day.
A record 225 breweries across Colorado will participate in the 9th annual Colorado Pint Day on Wednesday, April 10.
A tradition that has reached cult-level status with the sale of limited edition pint glasses, Colorado Pint Day is presented annually by the Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG), a nonprofit trade organization for independent Colorado craft breweries.
On Colorado Pint Day, craft beer lovers across Colorado can visit participating member breweries that will be selling limited-edition Colorado Pint Day glasses.
The single-day event has been so popular that state guilds like New York and Texas have followed suit.
This year’s Colorado Pint Day marks the third year in a row where CBG hosted an art competition among brewery members.
Rhyan Montgomery, a beertender for Grand Junction's Ramblebine Brewing Company, provided the winning design for the 2024 Colorado Pint Day theme: Spring Skiing and Pond Skimming.
On April 10, $1 from each pint glass sold will be donated to the Colorado Brewers Guild.
“Last year we hit record-breaking numbers both with the number of participating breweries and glassware available,” said CBG Communications Manager Carrie Knose Wilson. “We’re thrilled that we have even more participating breweries this year including 38 breweries that didn’t participate last year.”
“There’s nothing better than sitting out on a brewery patio and enjoying the sunshine with a Colorado Pint Day beer-filled glass in hand,” Wilson said. “Make sure to mark your calendars for April 10!”
The list of participating breweries and map of Colorado Pint Day locations can be found on the CBG website.
