LAKEWOOD, Colo. — The next round of reservations for Colorado's most famous restaurant will open Monday morning.
Casa Bonita announced reservations for January will be available Monday at 9 a.m.
The public can enter a pre-queue at CasaBonitaDenver.com anytime between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday to be randomly placed in the queue when it opens at 9 a.m.
The Lakewood restaurant, known for cliff divers, a pirate cave and sopapillas, opened reservations to the public in September after more than a year of hosting dinners on an invite-only basis.
Guests will no longer be required to pay for their meal before they arrive and will receive table service. Customers also must enter a credit card in order to book a reservation. Everyone over the age of 3 will still be required to order an entrée.
Casa Bonita, owned by "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, reopened last year after a years-long closure and extensive renovations.
