THORNTON, Colo. — A library branch in Thornton will close in May.
Anythink Libraries announced Tuesday it will close its York Street branch on Friday, May 17.

"Moreover, we are excited to start a new chapter by returning to our original site in south Thornton and offering expanded library hours as well as outstanding programs."
Temporary library service will be provided by the Anythink in Motion bookmobile beginning June 4, at Community Park in Thornton on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
