DENVER — Boulder chef and former "Top Chef" winner is opening a new restaurant near Tennyson Street in Denver.
Hosea Rosenberg announced last week that he’d be opening a new Blackbelly Market at 4324 W. 41st Ave. in the Il Porcellino Salumi’s space. Bill Miner, owner of Il Porcellino Salumi, said he plans to focus solely on his wholesale charcuterie business and will be closing his Tennyson Street deli and butcher shop on Jan. 27.
Meanwhile, Blackbelly plans to open in February, and Rosenberg will be employing Il Porcellino Salumi’s staff members “for the foreseeable future,” Miner said.
