Another market-style food venue opened Monday in Denver.
Zeppelin Station is part food hall and part shared office space in a 100,000 square-foot building in the River North District.
The people behind the concept are also the ones who built The Source back in 2013, one of Denver’s first artisanal food marketplaces.
Inspired by the tremendous success of that, Zeppelin Station’s ground floor is a collection of nine vendors focusing on street food from around the world.
Here’s a look at each of them:
No Vacancy
This is Zeppelin Station’s rotating stall, featuring street food from around the world. Different chefs from around the state will get the opportunity to use the space to show off their favorite dishes.
Monday – Sunday 11 am – 7 pm
Dandy Lion
Dandy Lion is a Vietnamese-inspired coffee shop. It features both espresso and drip coffee as well sodas, juices, pastries and breakfast food.
Monday – Friday 7 am – 7 pm
Saturday – Sunday 8 am – 7 pm
Kiss + Ride
Kiss + Ride is Zeppelin Station’s first floor bar. The name is based on the bars at European rail stations where passengers grab a quick drink on their way to catch a train.

Injoi Korean Kitchen
This restaurant combines classic Korean food with Southern favorites. Some of their specialties include Korean fried chicken, bibimbap, bao buns and kimchi.

Namkeen
If you want to try authentic, traditional Indian street food, Namkeen is your place. It is brand new and opened by a husband and wife team inspired by family recipes and the best food they had traveling India.

Gelato Boy
You can satisfy your sweet tooth with a scoop of handmade Italian gelato from Gelato boy. Or for something really special, try the zeppole, a warm donut stuffed with your choice of gelato.

Au Feu
Au Feu brings the tastes of Quebec to Zeppelin Station. They feature Canadian favorites like meats that are smoked and cured on-site, Montreal-style bagels and of course, poutine.

Aloha Poke Co.
Aloha Poke Co. has quickly become known for their fresh, Hawaiin-style poke bowls. The made-to-order bowls feature either rice or mixed greens, toppings and sauce topped with sushi-grade tuna, salmon or tofu.

Vinh Xuong Bakery
Another Vietnamese offering in Zeppelin Station, the Vinh Xuong Bakery serves traditional banh mi sandwiches of all varieties. They also offer Vietnamese coffee to go with your sandwich.

Friday – Saturday 11 am – 1 am
Zeppelin Station is located at 3501 Wazee St in Denver. It’s just a few blocks from the 38th and Blake A Line station. There’s also a parking garage on site, but they expect it to fill up quickly during busy times.
