DENVER — An art exhibit in Denver offers a contrast between the high-resolution images captured by NASA telescopes and the art of indigenous people … but also shows how these ancient societies knew more about the cosmos than you’d think.
El Infinito runs at the Museo De Las Americas through Feb. 23. It combines images from Lockheed Martin Space System Company with the Codex Borgia, a transcript by indigenous people from Meso-America that show their version of the universe and the sun.
