How much would you pay to live in the Aspen home home once owned by legendary singer-song writer John Denver?
An Aspen couple just paid $2.75 million for it and it was a steal compared to the original asking price of $10.75 million when it went on the market in August 2014.
The Aspen Times reports that the house at 570 Johnson Drive in the Starwood neighborhood was purchased by a local Aspen couple, Denis and Kelly O’Donovan. The couple plans to renovate the expansive, 6,849-square-foot house.
