Church Lady, Dana Carvey's recurring Saturday Night Live character that first appeared in 1986, made a return to the show this weekend to interview Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.

But first, she talked Met Gala fashion, highlighting Madonna's exposed rear end and Beyonce's "giant latex condom" dress. And then it was on to the interviews.

"Was it God's plan for you to get humiliated by an orange mannequin," she asked Cruz (Taran Killam) who turned into Satan by the time Trump (Darrell Hammond) appeared for an interview.

"Teddy's a demon, my God," said Church Lady. "Are you sure you aren't Lord of the Weak Chins?" asked Trump. "You're the first guy who got possessed and looks better."

Church Lady also appeared on SNL in 2011 to interview the Kardashians (Vanessa Bayer, Abby Elliott, Nasim Pedrad) and Snooki (Bobby Moynihan).
