DENVER — Rock band Wilco has added a Colorado tour stop to their latest North American tour, concert promoter AEG Presents announced Thursday.
Wilco will perform at Denver's new Mission Ballroom on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Denver concert go on sale Tuesday, July 2 at 10 a.m. at AXS.com. Tickets are $55 plus service fees. The show will be 16+ with valid ID.
Wilco's North American tour begins in early September and continues through late November.
The Mission Ballroom, still under construction in Denver's River North (RiNo) neighborhood, is expected to open in August.
The Lumineers are set to officially open the venue on Wednesday, Aug. 7. Trey Anastasio Band will perform Friday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 10. Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will co-headline a concert on Monday, Aug. 12.
The venue will be located along Brighton Boulevard, between 40th and 43rd streets, at North Wynkoop, a new 14-acre mixed-use project.
Concert promoter AEG Presents says the Mission Ballroom will accommodate 2,200 to 3,950 guests, allowing at least half of the capacity to have access to seating.
