Skillet, Sevendust to perform at Denver's new Mission Ballroom

Fresh off a performance in Denver on Saturday, Skillet has announced a return to the Mile High City in August.

DENVER — Rock bands Skillet and Sevendust are hitting the road together on a new tour that will stop in the Centennial State this summer.

The "Victorious War Tour" will perform at Mission Ballroom in Denver on Friday, Aug. 23 with Skillet, Sevendust and special guests Pop Evil and Detour the Day.

Tickets for the Colorado concert go on sale Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m. at AXS.com. Prices range from $37 to $100.

The Mission Ballroom, still under construction in Denver's River North (RiNo) neighborhood, is expected to open in August.  

Skillet last performed in Denver on Saturday, June 8 at Elitch Gardens
