DENVER — New Kids on the Block are bringing the magic back in 2024.
The pop icons announced "The Magic Summer 2024 Tour" Monday, reimagining their 1990 tour of the same name.
Donnie, Joey, Jordan, Jonathan, and Danny will begin a new concert tour June 14. New Kids on the Block will visit more than 40 cities with special guests Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
The tour will make a Denver stop at Ball Arena on Friday, June 28, 2024.
"Fans should expect a summer of fun and nostalgia as the New Kids embark on their first mostly outdoor venue tour in 15 years," said concert promoter Live Nation. "NKOTB will be visiting some of the most iconic venues on this tour for a night under the stars, including some of the very same venues that they performed at on the original 1990 Magic Summer Tour."
"The true ‘magic’ of this tour is in the music, the moments and the memories that we get to create - and recreate - with our amazing fans each night," said New Kids on the Block's Donnie Wahlberg. "Feeling all the nostalgic feels of the original Magic Summer, with the bond that we’ve shared throughout the years, will make for a most magical time indeed."
Tickets will be available starting with Fan club and CITI presales beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on sale beginning Friday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m. at LiveNation.com.
Citi cardmembers will have presale ticket access beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 12 p.m. until Thursday, Nov. 2, at 10 p.m.
Home to the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Mammoth, Ball Arena opened in downtown Denver on Oct. 1, 1999, with a sold-out concert by Celine Dion. Formerly known as the Pepsi Center, the arena seats up to 20,000 for concerts and other events. Ball Arena hosts more than 250 events each year.
