Bad news for Colorado Justin Timberlake fans

Justin Timberlake will release his sixth album on March 15 before embarking on 'The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.'

DENVER — Justin Timberlake is hitting the road for the first time in five years.

Timberlake announced "The Forget Tomorrow World Tour" during an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" Thursday.

The tour will launch a North American leg on April 29 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. The 22-city leg includes stops across the continent though July.

Timberlake will not be stopping in Colorado on the first leg of the world tour.

Ticket presales run next week with the general ticket sale beginning Friday, Feb. 2, at 10 a.m. at justintimberlake.com.

Citi cardmembers will have presale ticket access from Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 10 a.m. until Thursday, Feb. 1, at 5 p.m. During the same period, wireless carrier Verizon will offer customers presale access through its Verizon Up program.

Timberlake has released a new single, "Selfish," ahead of his upcoming sixth album "Everything I Thought It Was." Timberlake will appear as musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" on Jan. 27.
