GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — Hootie & the Blowfish are returning to the road in 2024.
The foursome will launch the "Summer Camp with Trucks Tour" on May 30 with shows planned through Sept. 28.
The 43-date summer tour will feature special guests Collective Soul and Edwin McCain.
Comprised of Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, Darius Rucker and Jim “Soni” Sonefeld, Hootie & the Blowfish will make a tour stop at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
General ticket sales begin Friday, Nov. 10, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com. Ticket prices range from $45 to $180.
Presale ticket access for Hootie & the Blowfish e-newsletter subscribers begins Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. local time. Citi cardmembers will also have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. local time until Thursday, Nov. 9, at 10 p.m. local time.
This is Hootie & the Blowfish's first full tour since 2019. The band's album "Cracked Rear View" has sold more than 25 million albums and remains one of the best-selling albums in music history.
"Basically overnight, our lives changed when 'Cracked Rear View' did what it did – and yet as we quickly moved from vans and college bars to tour busses and arenas, not much else changed with how we approached making music and sharing it with our fans," said Bryan. "Edwin McCain told someone at the time that touring with us felt like summer camp with trucks… and that’s exactly how we want next year to feel, too. We can’t wait for you to join us!"
Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre is considered one of the best places to catch live music in Colorado each summer.
With a traditional capacity of 18,000, the venue is the largest outdoor amphitheater in the Denver metro area. Located near Interstate 25 and East Orchard Road in the Denver Tech Center, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre offers chair-back and lawn seating.
