DENVER — The Black Keys have announced their return to Colorado as part of the band’s "Let's Rock” 2020 summer tour.
The indie-rock group will play Red Rocks Amphitheatre on July 15 with special guests Gary Clark Jr. and The Marcus King Band.
Tickets for the Colorado concert go on sale Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at LiveNation.com, AXS.com or by phone at 888-AXS-TIXS.
“When we’re together we are The Black Keys, that’s where that real magic is, and always has been since we were sixteen,” The Black Keys singer-guitarist Dan Auerbach said.
Produced by LiveNation, the band’s 35-city tour kicks off May 1 in Atlanta, Ga. and wraps up Sept. 6 in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Black Keys’ ninth studio album “Let’s Rock,” was released on June 28. The band was joined by Modest Mouse last September for a show at Pepsi Center.
Located just west of the Mile High City, Red Rocks Park features 738 acres of hiking trails, geological wonders, and astounding views.
Owned and operated by the City of Denver, Colorado, the concert venue at Red Rocks Park has been home to some of the most iconic concerts in history, from artists such as The Beatles, U2, and Sting.
