COLORADO, USA — A classic movie about the celebration of friendship, dedication and resiliency amongst a small-town group of strong-as-steel women is returning to theaters nationwide beginning Sunday, May 19.
Steel Magnolias will back back on the silver screen for three days only: Sunday, May 19, Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22, presented by Fathom Events and the TCM Big Screen Classic series.
Featuring a cast that includes Sally Field, Dolly Parton, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Olympia Dukakis and Julia Roberts, Steel Magnolias was a box office smash in 1989.
Steel Magnolias will play at several theaters in Colorado including AMC Orchards 12, AMC Castle Rock 12, Regal Denver Pavilions 15, AMC Westminster Promenade 24, AMC Southlands 16, Cinemark Carefree Circle, Regal Interquest Stadium, Century Boulder, Cinemark Fort Collins and more.
