Saturday's Kids' Choice Awards was a family affair for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.
The friendly exes reunited on the awards show's red carpet for their first joint public appearance since Cannon welcomed his new son, Golden, last month.
Carey adorably matched with daughter Monroe in a blue-and-white tracksuit-like ensemble, while Cannon and son Moroccan sported orange hooded looks.
Five-year-old Roc and Roe definitely seemed to have inherited their mom's diva attitude as they got a little sassy on the carpet, but seemed to cheer up in time to watch the all the slime stage-side.
Carey offered a sneak peek at her and Monroe's looks ahead of the show, announcing that she was "excited to take #demkids to the Kids' Choice Awards today!"

ET caught up with the former America's Got Talent host earlier this week while he was filming Wild 'N Out: Las Vegas in Times Square, where he opened up about his love for Carey, despite their 2014 breakup.
"That woman is a queen," he said. "She's a magnificent mother."
"I have nothing but respect and admiration for that woman," he added. "I will never have a bad thing, a negative thing, to say about her."
