Ryan Frazier, an entrepreneur, has so far spent 23 years working in the military, corporate America, and leading his own management consulting firm and private placement practice with clients spanning private investment funds, technology, aviation, healthcare, energy and real-estate sectors.
He has focused the business on advising clients on capital acquisition, deal sourcing, and environmental, social, governance (ESG) with an emphasis on economically distressed communities including Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ). He leads the Opportunity Roundtable convening diverse stakeholders to drive impact and holds the FINRA Series 7, SIE, and NASAA Series 63 affiliated with M & A Securities Group Inc. He is sought out by business leaders for his expertise at the intersection of capital, business, government policy.
Ryan spent four years as an original 9NEWS Political Expert and he previously worked for Raytheon Corporation and Avaya Corporation.
He began his career serving five years in the U.S. Navy from 1997 to 2001, assigned to the National Security Agency where he led a Fusion Analysis and Reporting Center, and served on the Aurora City Council from 2003-2011.
Raised by a single mother of three boys in a working poor neighborhood in Wilmington, NC, Frazier is passionate about attracting capital into often over-looked businesses and communities. He is a believer that ESG provides pathways to make a difference for so many for generations to come.
