Born and raised in Colorado, Colton is excited to return to the state to cover the communities and stories that shaped his upbringing. After spending the last three years as a reporter in Cape Coral, Florida, Colton is thrilled to be back in Denver, reporting on the people and places that feel like home.
Growing up, Colton could be found skiing the slopes of the Rockies on weekends and cheering on the Denver Broncos. A proud graduate of Legacy High School, Colton went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Colorado Mesa University. As a journalist, Colton is passionate about telling the stories that matter most to Coloradans, from local issues to big headlines.
