Colorado athletes have won nine medals so far in the 2018 Winter Olympics.
That accounts for nearly half of the 21 total medals the US has won at the games.
It also means that if Colorado was its own country it would be tied with China in 14th place in the overall medal count.
The Czech Republic, Great Britain and 75 other countries have all earned fewer medals than just Colorado.
And we still have a few opportunities to rack up a couple more.
Coloradans Red Gerard and Chris Corning will be competing in the snowboard big air finals Friday night and Thornton Green Beret Nathan Weber is going to make his Olympic debut in the 4-man bobsled on Saturday.
