WELD COUNTY, Colo. — Westbound Interstate 76 shut down Saturday morning following a rollover crash involving a vehicle carrying three adults and three children, according to Colorado State Patrol (CSP).
CSP said the crash happened at mile marker 51 near Roggen, Colorado.
One of the victims -- a woman -- lost her arm in the crash and later died, according to CSP. Another woman in the vehicle was airlifted to the hospital. Her condition is not known at this time. A man suffered unknown injuries.
Two of the children in the vehicle were not injured. The other was taken to the hospital by a family member in unknown condition.
The interstate re-opened Saturday afternoon.
