KUSA — The Denver Fire Department worked to battle a fire involving “plants and shrubs” on the roof of a building downtown Tuesday afternoon.
In a tweet, the fire department said the fire is occurring at 19th and Larimer streets. Smoke was visible blowing from the building.
A 9NEWS reporter in the area said the blaze was “definitely” blowing smoke downtown.
It’s unclear what caused the fire, but high wind caused problems throughout the Front Range on Tuesday afternoon.
