A man's body was found in a parked car at a scenic overlook along Interstate 70 near Frisco Tuesday morning and Colorado State Patrol is investigating what led to the death.
Someone called troopers after noticing a black Ford Focus had been parked in the Frisco Scenic Overlook along westbound I-70 for several days, CSP says.
When troopers arrived just before 9:30 a.m., they found a dead man in his 50s in the driver's seat of the snow-covered car. No one else was in the car.
CSP says that the car appears to be associated with a missing persons report from the Denver area and as such Denver Police are assisting in the investigation.
No foul play is suspected at this time.
The man's name is being withheld until his family can be notified.
The overlook reopened around 12:40 p.m. after the investigation had cleared the area.
