LOVELAND - Deputies found the body of a man in a wooded area near the Big Thompson River on Saturday evening, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 6 p.m., deputies received the report of a body in a wooded area south of the 200 block of 8th Street S.E. in Loveland. Two hours later, deputies found an adult male's body near the Big Thompson River.
The man has not yet been identified and his cause and manner of death will be released by the Larimer County Coroner’s Office.
The investigation has not revealed a safety concern to the public.
