Denver police looking for man who attempted to sexually assault woman in Berkeley Park area

Denver police are asking for assistance identifying a suspect who attempted to sexually assault a women in the Berkeley Park area last Wednesday.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 30s with a medium build and medium-length brown hair (not shaved or military-style) and a trimmed goatee, according to the Denver Police Department.

He's also described as "well-groomed," and 5 feet, 10 inches or 5 feet, 11 inches tall with brown eyes.

DPD said the suspect was last seen wearing an oversized white or light gray long-sleeved shirt, white or light gray long, oversized basketball shorts and high-top basketball shoes.

All tipsters remain anonymous and are eligible for an award of up to $2,000.
