DENVER — Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire that damaged two homes Friday afternoon.
The Denver Fire Department posted on social media Friday afternoon that they were on the scene of a two-alarm fire in two houses near West Alamo Drive and South Harlan Street.
Firefighters from South Metro Fire Rescue helped with the response.
Denver Fire said they aggressively attacked the fire and put it out quickly. They said the fire appears to have started at one house and spread to the other, but that's under investigation. The cause is under investigation.
The families living in both homes were displaced, but no one was hurt.
Close to 80 firefighters responded.
