BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. — The Summit County Sheriff’s Office and Breckenridge Police Officers at about 1:50 p.m. Monday responded to a report of a found body in the Blue River, north of Coyne Valley Road in Breckenridge, the sheriff's office said in a news release.
The Summit County Water Rescue Group responded to the scene to recover the deceased male.
The man's identity has not been verified and will be released by the Summit County Coroner after next of kin is notified. The coroner’s office has taken over the investigation into the cause of death, the sheriff's office said.
