Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. will renew its lease at Tuscany Plaza in Greenwood Village, NKF announced Tuesday.
The 65,000-square-foot office lease renewal signals the restaurant chain's commitment to the Denver area, following news that it would lay off workers in both the corporate office and restaurants.
It has been headquartered in Greenwood Village since 2000.
“After studying Red Robin's culture we evaluated several buildings that would enable Red Robin to enhance its workplace and team member's productivity,” said Jim McGrath, NKF executive managing director. “In the final analysis, Tuscany Plaza presented the optimal combination of location, workplace design and overall cost."
